Role Purpose
To assist in the day-to-day running of our 5-star, award-winning, family-friendly touring park. The successful applicant(s) will provide exceptional customer service, maintain high standards across the site, and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of all facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Services
� Manning reception/shop, answering calls, emails, and handling bookings (online and telephone)
� Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
� Enforcing site rules politely but firmly when required
� Carrying out evening patrols and being available for on-call duties
Facilities & Site Maintenance
� Cleaning toilet/shower blocks to a consistently high standard
� Undertaking light maintenance and gardening tasks
� Assisting with general site upkeep and monitoring facilities

Teamwork
� Working closely with the park�s management and team members
� Maintaining a positive, proactive, and helpful attitude at all times
� Supporting colleagues with a �muck in� approach when needed

Skills & Experience
� Excellent communication and customer service skills
� Computer literate, with confidence in handling online booking systems and emails
� Ability to work independently and as part of a team
� Fit, active, and capable of carrying out cleaning and light maintenance tasks
� Previous experience in a similar role desirable but not essential
