The Park is set in the beautiful South Devon Countryside, just seven miles from the beach and five miles from the picturesque, waterside town of Dartmouth. It is a large, AA 5 Gold Pennant Park which is predominantly Touring, with a small amount of Glamping Pods & Static Caravans (from May 2026) with award winning facilities.

We are seeking to recruit seasonal, full time Warden / Ranger couples to work during the 2026 season. The role is key to ensuring that guests have the best possible experience, whether it be on the campsite or enjoying their day in the theme park.

We are looking for people who enjoy a range of duties and can apply themselves across multiple areas, whilst working as part of a team supporting each other.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Cleaning: We have three sets of amenities, opening days and times vary depending on the season. We take pride ensuring these are kept to the highest possible standard. Cleaning of the theme park toilets, ensuring they meet the standard required. Assisting with cleaning and changeovers in the glamping and statics, full training including COSHH will be given.

Showing guests to their pitch or accommodation, light maintenance tasks, strimming, rubbish collection; etc.
The role also involves duties in the Leisure Park; these could range from supervising play equipment or rides to working on tills in the shop/kiosks/catering. This is a varied and interesting role which would suit an enthusiastic, reliable couple. A detailed Job Description is available.

The duties are split on a rotational basis ensuring variety. The role is five days a week with two consecutive days off, however this can increase to six during the summer if needed. You will always receive a rota in advance of the working week; we appreciate that you want to enjoy your days off in the beautiful Devon countryside!

In addition to the wage, a free electric pitch is included for your touring caravan/motorhome and discounted meals. For candidates without their own unit, onsite accommodation is available charges apply.
